This record contains the information used to determine how the Schema File needs to be read and processed.

Notes
- Control.Type will always be "CONTROL".
- Control.ID will always be "1".
- Control.Version is the Text File Schema version that the Schema File is written against.
- The Control record must always the the first record of the Schema File. Having records before the Control record will cause the Schema File to be considered invalid by all validity checking and parsing tools.
